On 6th of July, 2024, India Japan Lab (IJL) organized a seminar cum training with Centre for Journalism & Mass Communication & Vikshit Bharat, Visva Bharati University in Santiniketan, and Centre for Media Research & Development Studies, West Bengal, India. The seminar was attended by 85 students and professionals in the related field. The seminar was inaugurated by Hon Vice Chancellor (Actg) Prof Arabinda Mandal. Dr. Mausumi Bhattacharyya from CJMC (Center for Journalism and Mass Communication), Visva Bharati University and Dr. Snehashis Sur, President, Press Club co-chaired the seminar. Professor Rajib Shaw, Director, IJL gave a key note speech.

The seminar was attended by 35 students and professionals in the related field. Dr. Snehashis Sur, President, Press Club co-chaired the seminar.
