On 5th April 2021, IJL (Keio University, Japan) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on research collaboration with the Center for Disaster Management Studies (CDMS) in Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University of India. The MoU signing Ceremony was held online in presence of Prof. Rajib Shaw (the IJL Director), Padma Shri, Prof. (Dr.) Mahesh Verma (Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, GGSIP University), and Shri Anil Kumar Sinha, IAS (Retd.) Founder Vice Chairman, Bihar State Disaster Management Authority and Founder Executive Director, NIDM, MHA, and several other members from both the organizations.
